We accept limited returns as freight, transportation and repackaging make this a great inconvenience and cost. If an item is received damaged or defective then we will be
happy to replace it, following our customer service protocols. Concerns are best to be handled before shipment.

We require 50% payment on receipt of your order and 50% before despatch. Our exceptional customer service offers after-sales support and encourages an ongoing relationship with our customers.
